Description of Services
Helixir provides genetic interpretation services:
a. Genotype file upload and Genetic Information
- Upload your raw genetic data from thirdâparty DNA services
- Grant Helixir permission to store, process and analyze your data
- Genetic Information includes raw data and interpretations
- You retain ownership of your Genetic Information
- We handle Genetic Information per Privacy Policy and applicable laws
b. Helixir Reports and Consultations
- Detailed PDF reports with personalized recommendations
- Consultations and interpretation of genetic data from our kits
- Services delivered without a clientâaccess platform or account area
- Results provided directly to the patient and their referring professional
c. Results delivery (no account)
We do not provide a client access platform. Results and interpretations are delivered as PDF and via direct consultation.
d. Optional extra services
Upon request, we may also provide:
- Analysis of genetic data from thirdâparty files
- Additional personalized consultations on the genetic profile
Availability of extra services is assessed caseâbyâcase and may vary.
License to use Services
We grant a limited, nonâexclusive, nonâtransferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, nonâcommercial purposes.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services:
- In any manner not expressly authorized by these Terms
- In violation of any applicable law or regulation
- To send advertising or similar solicitation (spam)
- To impersonate Helixir, employees, or other users
- To engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits others
